Trip Qualifications:
You will be required to provide a SSN or Federal Tax ID for tax purposes before registration for the trip. A completed W9 form will be required for participants at time of sign-up.
• Trip Registration will be done through our Travel Partner’s site after Tax information has been obtained.
• Qualifying Points for Hawaii end September 30th, 2026.
• Dealer account must be current up to the end of the month prior to trip departure.
• Points will be computed and totaled by Invoice.
• There may be additional penalties for cancellation. These penalties will vary based on proximity to departure date.
*** If you wish to change your sign-up from either program to the other, or vice-versa after March 31, 2026, you will lose ALL earned points from October 1, 2024 to March 31, 2026.
